Prisca is a state-registered midwife nurse at Kawambwa District Hospital in the rural Laupula province, almost 1,000 km from Lusaka, Zambia. She has been a volunteer and donor to PestalozziWorld Zambia, where she was a scholar before leaving in earn her advanced diploma in obstetrics and gynecology on a Ministry of Health scholarship.  She is from Choma, in the southern part of Zambia, where she has no parents but has two twin sisters. “Pestalozzi village is a home away from home, full of love, peace and team work,” explains Prisca. “I am a proud Pestalozzi alumna because I benefited so much and it helped me to be a better person.”
