Nepalese Village
The PestalozziWorld Village in Pokhara, Nepal is the newest Village. Launched in 2016, this growing Village now serves 37 students from Nepal. Including two alumna housemothers, all aspects of administration, teaching, and skills are carried out by PestalozziWorld alumni.

In addition to school attendance each weekday, Village residents do carpentry, gardening, pickle making, and community service in the form of neighbourhood cleaning.

About The Nepalese Village

Located in Nepal’s second largest city, Pokhara, PestalozziWorld’s Nepalese Village serves children from several of the country’s poorest regions.
​
With three of the ten tallest mountains in the world 50 kilometres or less away, Pokhara attracts tourists from around the globe. It is home to seven schools in which PestalozziWorld scholars are enrolled.
