KCS PestalozziWorld Asian Students Earn Scholarships
The Pestalozzi Asian Children's Village in Dehradun, India, is pleased that two female students, Pratibha Tiwari and Tenzin Dolkar, left for the UK and Norway respectively in September for the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma scholarships. Eight students also left for Kolkata at the end of September for IB scholarships at the Oaktree International School. Getting 10 scholarships this year has been a great fortune for us. Once they gain the IB diploma, it will become much easier to obtain college scholarships. read more

Scholar reading

Buy A Child A Pencil...
It costs us US$1200 or about £800 per year to educate each scholar – pretty reasonable considering this covers not just schooling but also housing, food, transportation and any medical care.  All our administration costs are covered by separate donations by our trustees, so very penny you give goes directly to supporting our children. Even a small donation will buy a child schoolbooks or writing materials. Please make a donation or contact us for more information.
