Children's Charities Organisation
Many wonderful people, including founders, trustees and alumni, make significant contributions of time and effort to PestalozziWorld.
POCT and PUSCCI (see details below) work through a number of charitable trusts, companies and Foundations of former Pestalozzi scholars, thus achieving a global reach and maintaining low overheads and tax efficiency where possible.
The administrative process is simple. A small group of Trustees and other supporters bear 100% of the administrative costs of running the organisation. Other funds from the Trustees and all the money which comes from the donors go directly into the projects.

POCT was established in 1995 to enable donors to sponsor the education of needy children in the countries in which they live. Previously education had been solely in the UK, and it has been found that in country education makes the sponsorship more efficient. |
